Refund policy

    • In order to make a return, if the item is one of our craft beverages, beers, ciders, wine, juices, they must be uncovered, a broken bottle, manipulated, that is, only in the same conditions in which you received it.     • If the article was marked as a courtesy in any event, expo and or festival the article can be returned at the moment and or request a change.

    • If the item was not marked as a courtesy when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery and was damaged, we will send you a refund using a gift code or discount.
