Our apple orchards are located on the eastern slopes of the famous Sierra Madre mountains, in the towns of Guerrero and La Junta, in Chihuahua. This area of Chihuahua is at an elevation of 7,000 feet (2,300 m) above sea level, warm days, cool nights, and always clean air contribute to a unique apple flavor. In this area there are important rivers and branches of the Yaqui River, one of the largest rivers in Mexico, so we have a great quality of water in the aquifers. During the course of each year these environmental conditions are ideal for the growth and quality of our apples. For the production of our Ciders we use apples from the region and other native varieties from the USA, Canada and Europe.
